*When purchasing meat by the pound, you will only receive the meat and barbecue sauce. You will have to order sides and buns separately. This will NOT come with plates, napkins, buns, or serving utilities.
Catering FAQs
How long in advance should I order?
Depending on the size of the order, we ask you place your order as soon as possible. This allows us enough time to order any products we must need in order to complete your order. We ask for at least 24 hours notice, but it is not mandatory. We will take an order within less than 24 hours in advance, but menu items may be limited.
Will you deliver our catering order?
Most of the time, we do not deliver catering orders because we are a very small family business. There are occasions when we will deliver, but we NEED A 48 HOUR NOTICE. There is an automatic $20 delivery fee, which could increase depending on the distance of the delivery.
Will there be a crew to setup and serve for my event?
Unfortunately, we do not set up and serve at events. Majority of the time, catering orders are picked up at the restaurant and you guys set up your own table layout. Even if we do delivery you catering order, we do not set up and serve. Your guest will serve themselves.
How will my food be packaged?
Your meat and sides will come in metal serving pans (as shown in the picture of the brisket above). We do not provide heating elements.
