Our Story

Hartland Bar-B-Que is a locally owned barbecue restaurant located in the heart of Benson. We first began by doing catering jobs locally. We were then able to open our own restaurant in November 2007. All of our meat is smoked daily pit style. We are best known for our baby back ribs and our delicious smoked Angus brisket. Surely this is not all we have, we also smoke pork, chicken, and sausage. Along side our smoked meats we also have our homemade sides dishes.

We currently offer dine with a kid friendly lobby and seating. We also offer carry out orders over the phone and walk ins. Wait time is typically 5-10 minutes which means you are in and out quickly
